About the Role

The Marketplace Team is responsible for developing better and more enhanced occupier and operator experiences within our customers’ buildings. Experience Marketplace Managers will play a critical role in curating experience packages for property teams to purchase. They will source vendors in local & national markets to fulfill these packages, and they will work with vendors to onboard them into our Marketplace.

What you’ll do

  • Source local vendors and work with them to ensure experiences meet customer expectations while delivering in a scalable and sustainable manner

  • Conduct prospecting for qualified Marketplace vendors

  • Negotiate vendor contracts

  • Plan and oversee the execution of our Experience Marketplace

  • Develop and oversee the Marketplace onboarding process

  • Lead and help with product training and enablement sessions for our vendors

  • Lead enablement meetings with Account Managers to ensure sales goals are met

  • Analyze program performance data and make recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights

  • Partner with Marketplace product manager to identify workflow improvements and software enhancements to help inform product needs in conjunction with HqO’s development process

  • You have working experience in tech or Saas based markets

  • Previous Marketplace, Affiliate Marketing or Ad Sales experience preferred

  • 3-6+ years experience
