About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven performance marketing manager who will be responsible for generating quality leads for various products managed by Dongnae. An ideal candidate will have a track record of success in achieving a high conversion rate and generating qualified direct leads using ad platforms (such as META and Google Ads).
You will be responsible for coordinating, managing and overseeing a wide range of marketing efforts to drive lead volume to meet business objectives and sales goals. You’ll leverage business and sales data to develop strategic marketing recommendations in line with monthly/quarterly goals and be responsible for executing those recommendations across channels and tactics. To do so, you’ll leverage both internal resources as well as agencies to produce performance-based marketing and advertising material which you’ll oversee the development, rollout and measurement of. This is a permanent position and reports to the Marketing Director.
What You Will Do
Manage each lead generation funnel to obtain effective performance in relation to acquisition, conversion, and retention
Lead cross-functional communication to constantly improve performance of each funnel
Report, measure and track performance of each funnel at a daily basis
Develop and execute marketing initiatives, create/oversee campaign timelines, create and manage budgets, and meet the KPIs
Support developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals through a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media
Ensure that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
Work effectively in project management systems to ensure streamlined communication and efficiency
Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business grows and changes
Qualifications
5-7 years of performance marketing or media planning experience for a brand
Experience in running ad campaigns (Instagram, Youtube, Google, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to constantly improve customer acquisition and conversion funnel
Experience in executing multiple marketing campaigns to generate quality leads using multiple channels including social platforms, press, blog, etc.
Experience in marketing activities in order to improve retention or repurchase (Mailchimp, etc.)
Expertise in using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
Bachelor’s Degree and above
Ability to speak and write in Korean and English fluently
Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and support team goals with a rapidly growing organization
