We are seeking a the Community Specialist of premium officetel ‘Dear’s Pangyo’ is responsible for creating a new residential culture to satisfy residents’ residential experience and operating customer communication and move-in/residence support services. If you are interested in creating a new housing culture that is different from before and planning and operating various community programs for residents, seize this opportunity for growth.
What You Will Do
Work to improve resident living experience
Supervise the front desk during the building's regular business hours, serving as the on-site point of contact at the Community Bar.
Handle residents’ requests while upholding Dongnae’s service standards
Address inquiries from residents regarding the building, such as policies, procedures, and building guidelines.
Keep building-specific forms and documents up to date, including internal documents and resident-related forms
General move-in/move-out guidance and management for residents
Community space facility management, inventory management support
Improving customer satisfaction and issue response indicators
Community culture establishment and operation work
Contribute to elevating the Net Promoter Score by ensuring an exceptional resident experience through regular events and engagement
Marketing to promote Dear’s Party (Dear’s App, Instagram, etc.)
Community space service operation support
Improved participation in community programs
Handle resident cards for tenants, manage keycard inventory, requesting new supplies as needed
Assist Community Lead and Community Manager in overseeing community operations
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
Anyone with experience or proficiency in customer service work or issue relationships
Status that improves interest and understanding of community and resident space operations
Someone who fulfills their passion for leading new and emerging cultures and running highly engaging community programs.
A person who can communicate in a relationship with a variety of people
Fluency is English is preferred
